PAYMENT METHOD  

  • We accept payment through our website and by cheque, your order will be dispatched ones payment has cleared. We will be accepting credit cards very soon.

DISPATCH TIMES

  • We aim to deliver your order within 24 hours of receiving payment, by first class mail which normally takes between 1 and 3 days. If you have any problems with your delivery please let us know as soon as possible.


DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Delivery to the UK mainland is £2.50 however if you spend £50 or more we will pay the postage for you!.

  • Delivery to the European Union is £3.99 however if you spend £85 or more we will pay the postage for you!.

  • For international delivery including North America our delivery starts from £4.99 please contact us for a quote.

GIFT WARP
  • We are happy to wrap your present for you, we will pack your present in a lovely box wrapped with a silk bow and a gift tag handmade by us!, your message will be handwritten for a much more personal touch. Gift wrap your present will cost £3.50.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

  • Babies and Babes are happy to exchange or refund any item within 14 days of receipt.
  • All goods must be unworn and in resalable condition with the swing ticket still attached.
  • Please enclose a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund.
  • Returns must ideally be sent back by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Babies and Babes will endevour to send your exchange order, refund credit or cheque within 7 working days of us receiving your goods.
  • Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a full receipt.
